Online-Workshop: Agile Project Management (APM)

The goal of this two-day workshop is to familiarize participants with the basics of project management and project coaching. The focus is on the following possible contents are in the focus:

• Basics of classic and project management and project coaching.
• Project design and tools
• Typical phases in a project
• Agile planning, dealing with unforeseen factors and circumstances
• Structuring information and communication well (tools)
• Potential-oriented team building
• Managing diversity in the (virtual) team
• Managing typical conflicts constructively

Dates and Timetable
The online sessions will take place via ZOOM on May 11 and 12, 2022 from 9 am – 1 pm.
