Online-Workshop: Manage Research Data Properly

The provision and subsequent use of research data is rapidly gaining importance in scientific work. In this workshop, knowledge about the management of data is conveied and the structure and contents of data management plans are explained. Aspects of good scientific practice and requirements of third-party funding bodies will be discussed and the archiving and publishing of research data, as well as the topics of FAIR Data and Open Science will be addressed. In addition, suitable IT and online services of the University of Potsdam and of third parties will be presented.

The workshop will take place online via Zoom.

The workshop will be conducted by members of the FDM team of the UB and the ZIM of the University of Potsdam.
